This document constitutes the full legal agreement between you and 92pak6. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 92pak6 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. No person under the age of 21 years may register or use any real-money feature on 92pak6. Age verification is conducted at account level and at withdrawal stage. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Each individual may hold only one 92pak6 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, mobile number, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92pak6 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated balances and bonuses without notice.
All 92pak6 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at time of credit. Withdrawals must be to a payment method registered in the same name as the 92pak6 account.
All bonuses offered by 92pak6 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. 92pak6 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on 92pak6. Suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension, full investigation, and permanent closure where evidence supports the finding. Associated winnings will be voided.
These Terms are governed by international gaming regulatory standards applicable to 92pak6's operating license. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact 92pak6 support in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14 of these Terms.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified 92pak6 of a security breach in a timely manner.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification — including incorrect name, date of birth, CNIC details, or payment method ownership — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure. Any funds in the account at the time of closure may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
It is your responsibility to keep all account information current and accurate. If your contact details, mobile number, or payment methods change, you must update your 92pak6 account promptly. 92pak6 is not liable for delays or failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.
92pak6 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All account balances are held in PKR.
The minimum deposit amount on 92pak6 is Rs 500 for local payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer). For USDT deposits, the minimum is 10 USDT. Minimum amounts are subject to change; current minimums are displayed on the deposit screen at time of transaction.
USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the live market rate at the precise time the deposit is credited to your 92pak6 account. 92pak6 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate. Conversion rates are transparent and displayed prior to confirmation of the deposit.
All deposits to 92pak6 must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or unverified sources are not permitted. 92pak6 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund an account.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT deposits are credited upon confirmation of the blockchain transaction (typically 1–3 network confirmations). 92pak6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.
Withdrawals from 92pak6 are processed to verified payment methods registered in the same name as the 92pak6 account. 92pak6 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
92pak6 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. Only bets placed with real money balances count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
92pak6 monitors promotional activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of promotional abuse is identified, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated bonus farming across accounts, or placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
92pak6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not have that bonus retroactively voided solely due to a promotion's discontinuation, but the terms at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
All sports bets, casino wagers, and instant game plays on 92pak6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all 92pak6 products:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92pak6. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and permanent closure where the breach is confirmed. All balances and winnings associated with prohibited activity will be voided.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pak6 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any 92pak6 content without express written consent.
The 92pak6 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Use of these marks without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruptions.
92pak6 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including payment processors), or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. 92pak6 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during downtime.
In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, the aggregate liability of 92pak6 to any individual player shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
92pak6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data practices include: secure encryption of all personal and financial data in transit and at rest; no sale of personal data to third parties for marketing purposes; data sharing with licensed payment processors and verification services only as necessary to operate the platform and comply with AML/KYC obligations; and retention of account data for the minimum period required by applicable regulatory standards.

You may close your 92pak6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification.
92pak6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; prolonged inactivity; or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed for breach, associated balances may be forfeited.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). 92pak6 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as notified to the player. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact support to avoid dormancy fees.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 92pak6, the following process applies:
During any active dispute investigation, 92pak6 reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals from the disputed account pending resolution. This restriction does not imply any admission of liability.
92pak6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92pak6 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via an on-platform notification displayed upon your next login.
Continued use of the 92pak6 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
